The package will be a padded envelope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We only ship to private addresses. We will not assume any responsibility if you use as delivery address: post office boxes, pick up points, Relay Points, forwarding companies or public places in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your order tracking information will be sent to the email address you registered with, once the package has been shipped. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tracking updates will not be available until the package has arrived in the destination country, sometimes this process can take up to 10 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deliveries may need to be signed for. The courier will deliver the package to your delivery address and leave you a note in case you are absent. Please note that in certain cases, the courier may deliver to your mailbox to speed up the delivery process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not possible to set a specific date or time for the first delivery attempt.
