Our goal
We are committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work: we review the website regularly and fix what we find.
What we have done
- Every page declares its language, so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
- The website can be used with a keyboard and has a link to skip straight to the main content.
- Headings follow an ordered structure and product images have alternative text.
- Forms (contact, account, checkout and newsletter) have labels and text error messages.
- Text, links and buttons meet the recommended minimum contrast, keyboard focus is always visible, and the layout adapts to mobile and can be zoomed without losing content.
- The age and cookie notice can be used with a keyboard and lets you read the legal texts before accepting.
Known limitations
- Some third-party services built into the website, such as the payment gateway, are not under our control and may have their own limitations.
- Customer reviews are shown in the language they were written in.
