Shipping is free on orders over $99. On smaller orders, you choose one of the USPS shipping methods below at checkout.
USPS Ground Advantage
- Shipping cost: $9.
- Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Coverage: the contiguous US only (not available for Alaska or Hawaii).
USPS Priority Mail
- Shipping cost: $15.
- Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
- Coverage: everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and on factors such as carrier delays or peak periods.
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days before they are handed over to the carrier you selected. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped.
Where we ship
We ship only within the United States, from our warehouse in Watsonville, California. We do not offer international shipping.
Discreet shipping and tracking
Every order is shipped discreetly and securely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time. You can also check its status in order tracking.

- Delivery times are counted from the moment your order ships, not from the date of purchase.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
- In most cases you will receive one package per order. If your order ships in two or more packages, we will let you know and send you the tracking information for each one.
- If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible: if the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to correct it. Once it has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
