Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
How to make a claim
Email us at [email protected] and include:
- Your order number.
- The affected strain.
- The number of affected seeds.
- Photos and enough information for us to assess the issue.
Coverage
The guarantee only covers seeds that fail to germinate, and only where germinating cannabis seeds is legal under the state and local laws where you live.
Once a seed has germinated, anything that happens afterward falls outside this guarantee.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover issues caused by improper storage, incorrect handling, damage after delivery or anything unrelated to the original quality of the seeds.
Resolution
If your claim is accepted, Bulk Genetics may replace the affected seeds or offer an equivalent solution, subject to availability.
The guarantee is limited to one claim for the affected seeds in each order.
This guarantee does not encourage or authorize any activity that is illegal where you live.
