Deimos Auto images
Deimos Auto is one of the most famous and widely grown autoflowering strains in the world. It’s a Northern Lights x Ruderalis cross that’s very easy to grow and especially productive. Big side buds surround a monster main cola that impresses with both its size and its coat of resin. The effects are very relaxing and introspective, strong enough to flatten even the most seasoned smoker.
Deimos Auto is one of the most widely grown autoflowers in the world, known for its reliability and big yields. It’s hard to resist, because it has it all.
This strain was created by Budha Seeds. It’s strongly indica-dominant and the result of long breeding work with Northern Lights and a Ruderalis strain. After continuous selection for the bushiest phenotypes, 7 generations later this plant was born, and it keeps surprising growers to this day.
Like any other autoflower, Deimos loves long, very sunny days outdoors, or an 18/6 light schedule indoors.
To get the biggest plants possible, we recommend a large pot of around 5 gallons from day one. That way the plants grow without interruption until flowering starts, avoiding the usual stall after transplanting. Indoors you can use smaller pots and fit close to one plant per square foot.
From germination, Deimos Auto takes just 70–75 days to be ready for harvest. Because it’s so fast, you can run two back-to-back outdoor grows in one season, and even three in areas with a long, dry fall.
One of this strain’s biggest strengths is its heavy yield. It forms a huge central cola surrounded by satellite buds that are also very thick and hard. Its abundant resin also makes it ideal for all kinds of extracts.
The flavor is very intense and inherits the honey-like touches of its mother, Northern Lights. The aroma , on the other hand, tends to stay pretty low-key, even during flowering.
The effects are especially relaxing and introspective. It’s ideal for reading or watching a movie. In larger amounts it delivers an almost couch-locking body effect while keeping your mind in a very happy place.
Deimos Auto’s yields are spectacular considering its modest size. Outdoors, plants that reach about 3 feet tall can produce up to 4.5 oz. Indoors, under a 300–350 W LED, you can top 1.6 oz per square foot.

From germination, this strain is ready to harvest in around 70–75 days total. Some phenotypes are even faster.
It’s a very easy, rewarding plant to grow. Use a large pot and skip transplanting: that way it will reach its full height before it starts flowering.
Outdoors it yields up to 4.5 oz on the biggest plants. Indoors, under a 300–350 W LED, you can get 1.6 oz per square foot or more.
It’s a very straightforward plant that produces a large central cola and plenty of good-sized satellite buds. Indoors it also has a fairly low odor, so you can grow it without a carbon filter.
