Lavender feminized seeds
Lavender’s signature is in its flowers: an intense scent of lavender and fresh blooms, paired with looks that can shift from green to mauve, violet or even metallic purple. Color depends on phenotype and environment, so not every plant reaches the same intensity.
Its lineage combines Super Skunk, Big Skunk Korean and Afghani Hawaiian. That base brings Skunk, Afghan and Hawaiian traits together in a classic indica-dominant genetic, close to 60% indica and 40% sativa. As a feminized line it can show some variation: taller, lankier plants may show up alongside compact, bushy ones, but the floral profile usually stays the common thread.
The buds tend to be dense, resinous and highly aromatic. On the nose you may find lavender, flowers, herbs, spices, sweet earth, hash and Skunk notes. On the palate it keeps that floral character with sweet, herbal, spicy and woody nuances, plus possible hints of violet, incense or musky hash depending on the phenotype.
How Lavender behaves during the grow
Our breeders consider it a genetic that usually isn’t especially demanding, although its phenotype variation means each plant deserves a close eye. Flowering normally lasts 8 to 10 weeks, with many selections finishing at around 60-70 days. Outdoors, harvest usually comes in October, and it does especially well in mild, sunny, stable climates like coastal California.
It can be grown indoors, outdoors or in a greenhouse and can reach 6 to 8 feet when given room. Some phenotypes take a little longer to root, but then show vigorous vegetative growth and a good tendency to yield. So here’s a practical tip: if rooting starts slowly, give the plant time before expecting fast growth.
Among the phenotypes we’ve seen, some harvested around day 63 keep deepening their metallic purple over the following week, while others stand out for an extremely floral aroma that recalls a bed of fresh flowers, lotus blossom and gardenia. These are traits seen in specific plants, not characteristics guaranteed in every phenotype.
Lavender effects
Typical THC sits at roughly 14% to 20%, according to our breeders’ lab tests, while CBD usually stays between 0% and 1%. Potency can vary with phenotype, growing conditions and batch, so it’s more accurate to call it a medium-high to high potency profile.
In some cases the high opens with a heady, euphoric, mood-lifting phase before moving into a deeper physical relaxation. The indica side slowly takes over and can end in a heavy, calming and sedating feeling, especially in larger amounts.
On the senses, Lavender is like a dark flower bed as evening falls: lavender, fresh flowers, spices, sweet earth and incense over a base of hash and Skunk. Linalool drives its floral side, while myrcene and caryophyllene reinforce the herbal, earthy, spicy and warm tones.
