Cheese CBD Seeds
Aged cheese takes the lead from flowering onward. Cheese CBD develops an especially intense aroma, with Skunk, floral, fresh, and slightly citrus notes that may be joined by earthy, woody, lavender tones and, in some plants, hints of pineapple. After drying, the earthy notes can become more noticeable.
This feminized, photoperiod genetics comes from crossing Cheese with a CBD-rich line. It also keeps the Skunk #1 influence linked to the Cheese family, with ancestry related to Afghan, Colombian, and Mexican lines. The result is an approximately balanced 50% Indica and 50% Sativa profile.
During cultivation, it shows fast growth, strong roots, and abundant, regular, and fairly symmetrical branching. Its leaves are relatively thin and long, while the structure can remain compact and bushy. The buds finish large, elongated, sticky, and very resinous.
Vigorous, Well-Branched Growth
Flowering takes approximately 50 to 60 days, with an average close to 56 days. It can be grown indoors and outdoors. Outdoors, it reaches around 200–250 cm and, in the Northern Hemisphere, harvest usually comes between early and mid-October. The internodal spacing helps airflow, which is especially useful for heavily branched plants.
Because of its vigor and fast development, we consider it a strain of intermediate difficulty: it is advisable to watch the available space and maintain good airflow between branches and buds. Some resistance to humidity and pests has been reported, although this depends on the phenotype and growing conditions. One grower highlighted very strong roots, fast growth, and a cheese-and-flower aroma with a touch of pineapple; they also said they were especially surprised by its growth vigor.
Effects of Cheese CBD
Its cannabinoid profile usually sits around 7–10% THC and 8–12% CBD, according to analyses from our breeders, with a ratio normally close to 1:1 and a slight tendency to contain more CBD than THC. Some phenotypes may approach a CBD:THC ratio of 2:1.
The effect is described as balanced, moderately potent, and long-lasting. It combines physical and mental relaxation with contentment, happiness, a calming feeling, and the munchies. The high CBD ratio softens the psychoactive impact of THC, so it is usually less intense and less overwhelming than a conventional THC-rich Cheese. Matteo reported an experience with very resinous flowers and a moderate relaxing effect.
On the palate, cheese still takes center stage, joined by salty, sweet, spicy, floral, and woody notes. The aftertaste is intense and persistent: an extension of the Cheese character that is already strongly noticeable while the plant is flowering.
