Claim period
Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.
How to make a claim
Email us at info@bulkgenetics.com and include:
- Order number.
- Affected strain.
- Number of affected seeds.
- Photographs and sufficient information for us to assess the issue.
Coverage
The guarantee exclusively covers seeds that have failed to germinate and only where the germination of cannabis seeds is legal in the territory where the customer is located.
Once germination has occurred, any subsequent circumstances fall outside the scope of this commercial guarantee.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover issues resulting from improper storage, incorrect handling, damage occurring after delivery, or circumstances unrelated to the original quality of the seeds.
Resolution
Where a claim is accepted, Bulk Genetics may replace the affected seeds or provide an equivalent solution, subject to availability.
The guarantee is limited to one claim relating to the affected seeds in each order.
This commercial guarantee does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
