At Bulk Genetics we accept the following payment methods:
Credit or debit card
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider Costplus OÜ (Cost+); Bulk Genetics does not receive or store your full card details.
Bank transfer
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer or deposit into our account, you can do so too. When you complete your order you will see our bank details on the confirmation screen, and we will also send them to you by email.
We check our account every day before preparing shipments and will let you know by email when we receive your payment. If we have not received payment within 1 week, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Important: in the transfer reference, enter only your order reference. If you add any other information, the transfer will be rejected and returned. We are not responsible for the resulting delay or for any bank charges, which are beyond our control.
Cryptocurrencies
Paying with cryptocurrencies is an easy, secure and private way to send us a payment, with no banks or intermediaries. We accept, among others:
- Bitcoin
- Litecoin
- Ether
- Tether (USDT)
- Dogecoin
Other payment methods
To make things as convenient as possible for our customers, we can also accept other, less common payment methods:
- Skrill
- Western Union
- Moneygram
- RIA
- Postal money order
- WebMoney

Do you accept cash on delivery?
No, we do not currently accept cash on delivery.
This is a deliberate decision: with this method, a significant share of parcels is never collected, and we have to pay the shipping costs both ways. In the long run, that is not sustainable.
We understand that some people prefer cash on delivery for convenience, privacy or trust. After many years in the business, we believe our track record shows we are a serious and reliable project, which is why we work with other payment methods that allow us to keep offering a stable, high-quality service.
Additional information
- Orders must be paid in full before they are shipped. Products remain the property of BULK GENETICS until paid in full.
- Outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any import taxes or fees that may apply in their country.
- In some cases, especially for high-value orders or when contact details are insufficient, we may request an additional payment check. This may slightly delay shipping; we may also suggest another payment method, such as bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
