Free shipping from €75
Shipping is free on orders of €75 or more to every destination we ship to, the Balearic Islands included. And there is no minimum order: you can buy just a single pack.
On orders under €75, shipping costs €7 within Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands) with Correos Paq Premium and €9 to all other destinations with Correos. Nacex and UPS are alternative options with their own rates, detailed below.
Correos Paq Premium: mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands
Within Spain we ship with Correos Paq Premium, the express service of the Spanish postal service, with tracking and home delivery.
- Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days on the mainland and 2 to 3 business days in the Balearic Islands.
- Shipping cost: €7 on orders under €75, free from €75.
Correos: European Union and worldwide
We ship with Correos, the Spanish postal service, to the European Union, the rest of Europe, the Americas, Asia and Oceania. In the destination country, the parcel is delivered by the local postal service (La Poste, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, USPS…).
- Shipping cost: €9 on orders under €75, free from €75.
- European Union and rest of Europe: 3 to 6 days.
- Americas: 5 to 8 days. Shipments to the United States may include import duties added to the shipping cost.
- Asia and Oceania: 8 to 10 days.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
For logistical reasons, we do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Nacex: mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal
We have worked with NACEX for many years: it is the courier we and our customers like best. We ship with its e-Nacex Economy service.
- Mainland Spain: delivery in 24 to 72 hours; most orders arrive within 24 hours. €9 on orders under €75, free from €75.
- Balearic Islands: Mallorca in 48 to 72 hours; Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera in 48 to 96 hours. €15 on orders under €150, free from €150.
- Mainland Portugal: delivery in 24 to 72 hours. €9 on orders under €75, free from €75. You can also choose Correos.
UPS: European Union
For European Union countries you can also choose UPS, usually with faster deliveries and customer service if there is an incident.
- Delivery time: 2 to 5 days.
- Price: varies by country and postcode; shown in the basket. Not included in the free shipping offer.

Discreet shipping
The name BULK GENETICS does not appear on the parcel. It is usually a brown kraft paper padded envelope with bubble lining. The sender shown is our company name, GLOBAL WEB MARKT, S.L.
Important information
- We only ship to private addresses. We accept no liability if you use PO boxes, pick-up points, parcel forwarding companies or public places as the delivery address.
- You will receive the tracking information by email as soon as we ship your parcel. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder. You can also check the status in order tracking.
- For international shipments, tracking may not be updated until the parcel reaches the destination country, which can take up to 10 working days.
- You may need to sign for the delivery. If you are not at home, the courier will leave a notice; in some cases the parcel may be left in your letterbox to speed up delivery.
- It is not possible to set a date or time for the first delivery attempt, and the courier will not call you beforehand.
- BULK GENETICS is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking that they can legally receive the order in their country and for any import taxes or duties that apply.
