You have the right to withdraw from your purchase (or part of it) within 14 calendar days of you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, receiving the order, without giving any reason. If the order includes several products delivered separately, the period starts when the last one is received.

How to return an order
Let us know that you want to withdraw before the period ends, by any of these means:
- Email: info@bulkgenetics.com, including your order number.
- The contact form on the website.
- By post to the address below, optionally using the model withdrawal form in the Terms and Conditions.
Then send us the products, properly protected, within 14 calendar days of telling us your decision, to:

Unless we tell you otherwise, you pay the direct cost of returning the products. We recommend using a tracked service.
Condition of the products
You are only responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the products. For seeds, the condition of the packaging, seals and labels may be relevant to assess this.
Gifts included in the order must be returned together with the other products; otherwise their value will be deducted from the refund at their selling price.
Refund
Once you have validly withdrawn, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof that you have sent them back.
We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise:
- Card: to the same card (or by bank transfer if more than 30 days have passed since payment).
- Bank transfer: by bank transfer.
- Cryptocurrencies and other methods: by bank transfer.
Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a wrong, incomplete or damaged product, email us at info@bulkgenetics.com as soon as possible with your order number and, if you can, photos of the product and packaging. For seeds that do not germinate, see our germination guarantee.
