Critical Green CBD is a strain with a very high cannabidiol content, the result of crossing Critical CBD with Green Poison. It is very hardy and easy to grow, and its short flowering, just 55 days indoors, makes it well suited to areas with short summers. It can reach an enormous height of 3 metres, with a massive yield of very sticky mega-buds. Its flavour is citrusy, floral and fruity, with clear skunky touches. Thanks to its high CBD level, the head high is mild and manageable: you'll feel cheerful, relaxed and free of any couch-lock.
Critical Green CBD is a cannabis strain with a high content of cannabidiol (CBD), a non-psychoactive cannabinoid that softens the effect of THC. It is the ideal choice if you are after a light, relaxed effect with a clear head.
To develop it, we crossed a powerful selection of Green Poison by Sweet Seeds with a Critical CBD. The result is an indica-dominant hybrid with THC:CBD ratios between 2:1 and 1:2, with levels of each ranging from 5 % to 10 %.
Its strong Skunk heritage makes it an easy and very hardy plant. Even the greenest grower will get top-quality harvests.
Outdoors, if you germinate it in early spring, the weather plays along and it has enough space, it can reach a large size of up to 3 metres, almost as wide as it is tall.
It has a very, very short flowering time and is harvested between mid and late September. In very humid environments it can be somewhat sensitive to bud rot such as botrytis.
Indoors it responds well to any training technique, such as topping and branch training. If you won't be training it, we recommend switching to flowering when it is about 30 cm tall.
From the photoperiod switch, it is ready in just 55 days. Throughout this phase the smell becomes very intense and pungent, so use a good odour-control system to avoid problems.
Yields are very high, reaching a kilo per plant outdoors on the biggest specimens. Indoors, under a 300-350 W LED, it will easily produce 600 grams per m².
It produces heavy, rock-hard and extremely sticky buds. It is a perfect strain for all kinds of extracts and ideal as the main ingredient in cannabis cooking.
The aroma and flavour are pure Critical, with clear skunky notes over a citrusy, floral and fruity background. A real sweet that everyone loves.
