Some autoflowers focus on sweet and tropical profiles; Critical OG Auto plays in a different field. Its personality is built around Kush lemon, earth, pine, wood, mild coffee, spices and a slightly fuel-like background. A classic, intense profile that goes hand in hand with dense, sticky buds loaded with resin.
Its lineage brings together OG Kush, Critical and ruderalis genetics. The first adds aromatic depth, flower density and resin, while Critical contributes vigor, productivity and tolerance. Ruderalis completes the cross by making flowering automatic and independent of changes in the photoperiod. The result is a plant with a compact to medium structure and branches capable of supporting good weight.
THC can reach approximately 15-20% depending on phenotype, growing conditions and maturity, with low CBD. According to analyses from our breeders, this range fits a medium-high potency level and the balanced character of these genetics.
From a growing perspective, our breeders consider it an easy-to-manage strain suitable for beginners. References from its genetic family point to fast cycles of around 8-9 weeks, typical heights of 50-90 cm in many autoflowering expressions and yields that can reach around 600 g/m² under favorable conditions.
It performs well both indoors and outdoors and responds well to gentle LST. Excessive stress should be avoided because it is an autoflower. During advanced flowering, its dense flowers make good ventilation, controlled humidity and air circulation especially important. One grower told us that it started slowly but then took off and developed dense, fragrant and sticky buds; another said LST worked very well and produced an earthy, pine-like aroma. We have also received a reported harvest of 80 g of thick, dry buds, although that result relates only to that specific experience.
Critical OG Auto begins with a positive, euphoric, sociable and stimulating cerebral feeling. It can go well with conversation, laughter or light motivation before giving way to more noticeable and steady body relaxation. Thanks to this gradual development, it is especially suited to afternoons, early evenings, relaxed gatherings, movies and moments when you want to switch off.
The feedback we have received also describes this combination through individual experiences. One grower reported relaxing yet still energetic effects, while another highlighted relaxing, active sensations that worked well both for meeting friends and watching a movie. We have also received reports of coffee and wood flavors, as well as wood, pine and earth.
In sensory terms, these genetics move between wood and earth, while lemon and pine provide contrast. Mild coffee, spices and that slightly fuel-like Kush background appear afterwards. It is a deep, dry profile accompanied by a lively mental lift that eventually settles into comfortable body relaxation.
