Ripe blueberry defines the personality of Blueberry Crumble. This clearly indica-dominant feminised photoperiod strain produces dense, firm and very resinous buds, with a thick layer of trichomes that may come with blue, purple or dark hues and deep orange pistils.

Its lineage is mainly given as Blueberry x Purple Panty Dropper, although some versions appear as Blueberry x OG Kush. The Blueberry influence accounts for much of its blue-fruit profile and dessert-like sweetness, while the other side of the cross can boost density, colour, potency and resin.

The aroma combines blueberry, sweet berries, ripe fruit, soft earth and floral notes. Our breeders work with a reference of 7-9 weeks of flowering, although the fastest lines can finish in 7-8 weeks. Indoors it can be kept at around 120 cm with good control, while outdoors it can reach about 180 cm or more when conditions allow.

It is not a particularly difficult genetics, but we rate it as intermediate because of the attention its compact flowers need. It does best in warm, dry and well-ventilated environments. Our practical advice: train it early if you want to control its size, and keep an eye on humidity during flowering to protect those dense buds. Even in a grow tent it is fairly easy-going and rewards you with frosty flowers that smell of fresh, sweet berries.
