Skunk Auto keeps all the charm of the original genetics, packed into a much more discreet and faster plant, ideal for terraces, balconies or small gardens where it won’t draw attention. From germination it is harvested in just 9 weeks. Its buds are very pungent, big, rock-hard and super sticky. It gives a dense, skunky, acrid and earthy old-school smoke, with effects that show its Sativa traits. A burst of energy and creativity will flood your body, perfect to enjoy at any time of day.
Skunk Auto is our autoflowering version of the most widely grown and influential variety in history, without which many of today’s hybrids would simply not exist.
Skunk #1 is a variety born in the United States that became world-famous in the Netherlands. It is a Mexico x Colombia x Afghan hybrid popularised by Sensi Seeds.
It was one of the first hybrids adapted to indoor growing and gave rise to legendary varieties such as Amnesia, Jack Herer, Diesel and Super Silver Haze. We can safely say that more than 80 % of today’s varieties carry Skunk genes in one way or another.
It is one of the easiest plants and one of the most recommended for beginners, thanks to its reliability and good results both indoors and outdoors. For experienced growers, it will probably feel like a return to the roots.
Outdoors, in optimal conditions, it reaches a discreet height of 1-1.3 metres, ideal for terraces and small balconies, where it will escape prying eyes.
Indoors it causes no trouble, as its stretch is moderate. However, it is one of the cannabis varieties with the most intense smell and the most recognisable, so you will need a good odour-control system.
For the biggest, most productive plants, we recommend using a large pot from the very start. The plants will grow without interruption for about 3-4 weeks and then begin flowering. In a total of 9 weeks, you can harvest.
The buds are large, compact, resinous and stinky; their aroma and flavour are famous for their intensity, among the strongest out there. Their earthy, acrid and skunky touches have been passed on, to a greater or lesser extent, to all their offspring.
The effects are very balanced: a fast, very energetic and creative high, followed by a more relaxing, calm finish that won’t leave you glued to the sofa.
Yields are very high: the largest outdoor plants will reach an incredible 150 grams. Indoors, with 300-350 W of LED lighting, you will easily harvest between 450 and 500 grams per m².
