Somango Auto is an easy-to-grow and very fast variety. It is the autoflowering version of the legendary Soma Seeds variety, from which it inherits a delicious mango aroma and flavour. It is a discreet plant, 90-120 cm tall, that in just 60-65 days from germination gives you the most spectacular buds you can imagine. As well as being fat and sticky, they give off an intoxicating, sweet, tropical smell that is a treat for the senses. The effect is potent: it starts with a quick rush of energy and creativity, then slowly sinks into an abyss of calm.
Somango Auto is our autoflowering version of one of the most exotic varieties ever created. Everyone who tries it falls for its exceptional flavour, which has earned it major awards and the hearts of thousands of people.
Somango is a strongly Indica-dominant hybrid developed by Soma Seeds. It was originally known as Soma #5, but its intense, pronounced mango flavour led to the current name. It is a simply perfect Jack Herer x Big Skunk Korean cross.
It is such a prized genetic line that many feminised and autoflowering versions exist. What sets us apart is the price: our seeds are much cheaper.
This plant needs little care. Its ancestors are famous for their great resilience, a trait Somango Auto inherits. It grows with a typical Christmas-tree structure, with branches that can barely hold the weight of the flowers.
With a height of around 90-120 cm, it is ideal for terraces and balconies, where it will stay discreet and out of sight of nosy neighbours. For bigger plants, we advise you to avoid transplanting: go for a large pot from day one with a good, nutrient-rich substrate.
From seed germination, the buds can be harvested in a record 60-65 days, letting you run up to 3 consecutive crops over the outdoor season.
The flowers are huge, rock-hard and as gooey as glue. It is a perfect variety for making the tastiest extracts, so legendary in Dutch coffee shops.
Its name is a clever play on words referring to its aroma and flavour. It is like smelling and biting into a very sweet mango, with a bouquet that lingers on the palate.
The effects are an emotional roller coaster: they start with a fast, energetic high, followed by the feeling of floating, totally relaxed, on a calm sea.
Our cheap Somango Auto seeds deliver very high yields despite the plant’s discreet size. Indoors, with 300-350 W of LED lighting, you will get at least 400-450 grams per m². Outdoors, the largest plants yield up to 150 grams.
