Blueberry Regular is one of the most delicious strains ever created. It is an indica-dominant hybrid combining genetics from Thailand and Afghanistan. It reaches an average height of 2 metres and has a short flowering period of just 8 weeks. Its yield is moderate, but the quality of the buds more than makes up for it: they are rock-hard, extremely resinous and show beautiful bluish hues. The flavour is spectacular, with a very pronounced blueberry taste. The effects are uplifting and energising at any time of day.

Blueberry is an indica/sativa hybrid developed between the late 70s and early 80s by Daniel John, aka DJ Short, who combined Thai sativas and Afghan indicas. After a long breeding programme, the result is close to perfection.
Today there are many versions of this classic. For ours, we chose a carefully selected female and male to offer a strain that is true to the original and keeps the traits that made it famous.
It is an easy, fast-growing plant that adapts to both indoor and outdoor growing. It does not tolerate very high nutrient levels, so light feeding is the best option.
Outdoors it is a very discreet strain that usually stays below 2 metres. Its structure is fairly columnar, with compact, sturdy branches that will hold the weight of the buds.
The flowering period is short and it is harvested between late September and early October. It is also mould-resistant, so it copes well with slightly high humidity.
Indoors it adapts to all growing techniques, although the best option for the highest yields is undoubtedly SOG from small clones.
It is ready in just 55 days from the switch to the flowering photoperiod. The smell in this phase is delicious but also very intense, so consider a good carbon filter.
The tallest outdoor plants yield up to 800 grams per plant. With a 300–350 W LED, anyone can harvest 400–450 grams per m² indoors. It is not the most productive strain, but it makes up for it with unique qualities such as its flavour.
The buds are extremely dense and very sticky, and their glistening resin contrasts with really striking blue and purple hues.
The aroma and flavour are unmistakable: it smells of blueberries and tastes of blueberries. As these are regular seeds, selecting a male for home crosses is just as interesting as selecting a female, and you can be sure they will all inherit this special flavour.

Regular seeds produce both male and female plants. With Blueberry, selecting a good male for home-made crosses is just as interesting as selecting a female as a mother plant, and its blueberry flavour is passed on to the crosses. If you only want buds, remove the males at the start of flowering.
