The plant develops a bushy shape with short internodes, thick stems, and broad leaves. Indoors, it can stay around 80-100 cm with small pots and proper care. Outdoors, when grown in the ground with little training, it can reach close to 150 cm.

How Cherry Runtz Responds During Cultivation

Our breeders consider it a strain of moderate difficulty. It is not especially complicated, but its dense canopy needs some attention. It responds well to early topping, LST, gentle pruning, SOG, and light training that spreads the branches and improves light penetration.

Its flowering period usually finishes in 8-10 weeks, with some reports close to 70 days. Under powerful lights, balanced nutrition, and proper care, it can produce up to 600 g/m². It prefers warm climates or controlled environments, good drainage, and stable temperatures. Lower the humidity and improve ventilation near the end of flowering to protect its dense buds and preserve the resin.
