Grapefruit CBD images
Meet Grapefruit CBD, a CBD variety with very little THC: between 0.7 and 0.9 %. Its CBD, on the other hand, reaches 20–24 %. With a THC:CBD ratio of 1:22 to 1:34, it is a perfect choice if you are looking for a CBD-rich plant with a very mild psychoactive effect. And on top of that, you will fall in love with its flavour.
Grapefruit CBD is a CBD cannabis strain with very little THC (0.7–0.9 %) that you will love if you want the full character of cannabidiol, as its psychoactive effect is very mild.
To create it, we combined our selection of Grapefruit (Cinderella 99 x Thai) with a high-CBD line that we keep secret. From Grapefruit it inherits its delicious sweet, fruity flavour, while the CBD mother gives it a cannabidiol content of 20-24 %.
This is an easy plant for any grower. Thanks to its sativa dominance it grows vigorously from day one, yet it is very easy to keep under control.
Outdoors, if your climate allows and you want a real tree, germinate it in early spring and it can sometimes reach 3 metres in height. It has the typical Christmas-tree structure, but it also responds well to topping, which encourages the side branches to develop.
It prefers warm climates with a dry start to autumn, as it is harvested in mid-October.
Indoors it is a smelly variety even during the vegetative phase, so we recommend using a good odour-control system.
When you switch the photoperiod to flowering, it stretches considerably. If you are not going to prune your plants, we advise no more than 4 weeks of vegetative growth.
Flowering is quick: in around 50-60 days, depending on the phenotype, you will be harvesting.
The buds are large, compact and very resinous. Thanks to its high resin return, it is a perfect variety for making any kind of extract.
Its aroma and flavour are very reminiscent of its Grapefruit mother, with clear sweet hints of ripe pineapple and sour grapefruit.
Its psychoactive effect is very mild. Instead, it brings a feeling of relaxation, well-being and mental clarity, and to some extent a little drowsiness.

It is a very easy plant to grow indoors and outdoors. Despite its sativa dominance and the fact that it can reach 3 metres outdoors, it is easy to control with topping and, indoors, by limiting vegetative growth to around 4 weeks.
