OG Kush Regular is an indica-dominant variety developed in the United States, where it is a true legend. It is an indica-dominant hybrid whose exact genetic origin is unknown. The most widely accepted version says it is a cross of Chemdawg and Lemon Thai/Hindu Kush.
It is one of the most reworked varieties and has been used as a base for powerful new hybrids. For our part, we have crossed an OG Kush male and female, so you can select a good male plant and make your own crosses at home.
It is a plant that needs little care, with vigorous growth and great hardiness. Its structure tends to be columnar, without wide branching.
Outdoors, if you germinate it in early spring, it reaches a great height of 2.5-3 metres. Growers often prune it to keep it shorter and bushier.
The flowering time is short and it is harvested between the first and second week of October. Although it prefers climates such as the Mediterranean, it adapts to milder temperatures.
Indoors, it stretches moderately and, as it tends to concentrate production in the main colas, it is the perfect variety for the most spectacular SOG grows.
Once you switch the photoperiod to flowering, just 55-60 days will pass before you can harvest the stickiest and most fragrant buds you can imagine.
Yields are high: outdoors you can expect up to 900 grams per plant. Indoors, under a 300-350 W LED, you will get up to 500 grams per m².
The buds are big, rounded, very hard and so resinous that you will end up stuck to them. It is widely used to make top-quality extracts.
